Return Policy

NO REFUNDS. ALL MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

ALL TRADING CARD SALES ARE FINAL – INDIVIDUAL & BOXES.

ALL TOYS RETURNED FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

ALL TOYS IN OPEN BOX AND OR NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT.

ANY DEFECTS IN TOY AFTER IT HAS BEEN OPENED FROM ORIGINAL BOX MUST BE DEALT WITH THE MANUFACTURER.

TOY MANDALA IS A COLLECTIBLE TOY STORE AND THEREFORE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR UNFORSEEN DEFECTS IN TOYS SOLD THAT ARE IN MANUFACTURER'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT WITHIN 14 DAYS (fourteen days) OF PURCHASE ONLY.

MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PURCHASE CONDITION.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON OPEN MERCHANDISE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION OR PACKAGING.

No Returns or Exchanges of USED Merchandise.

Used Merchandise is defined as any product not in the original condition it was purchased. Used Merchandise is also any merchandise missing original packaging, tag or wrapper. This means that if there is any kind of problem with your merchandise, be it a defect, missing item, etc., you will need to contact the manufacturer to receive a refund/repair/exchange

NEW VIDEOGAME SOFTWARE NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

We consider a game cartridge or CD to be defective if upon turning the game on we cannot get to the first game play screen. If the customer feels that there is a defect after this point, they must contact the manufacturer to remedy the situation. Exchanges for defective merchandise will be made for the exact same title only.

ALL USED VIDEOGAMES HAVE A 30 (THIRTY) DAY WARRANTY AGAINST SOFTWARE DEFECTS ONLY.

DEFECTIVE GAMES ARE EXCHANGED FOR THE EXACT SAME COPY OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. A DETAILED COPY OF THE WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

All new and used video game cartridges and CDs are covered by a 30-day warranty from Toy Mandala. This warranty covers defects only; it does not cover misuse, negligence or abuse. CDs purchased from us must be returned in the same condition that they were originally purchased in for our warranty to be valid. (I.e. if you buy a condition 'A' disc it must still be in condition 'A' when you return it as defective.) Toy Mandala is not responsible for failure to print the condition of the CD on the receipt at the time of purchase. We consider a game cartridge or CD to be defective if upon turning the game on we cannot get to the first moving screen. If the customer feels that there is a defect after this point, they must contact the manufacturer to remedy the situation. Exchanges for defective merchandise will be made for the EXACT SAME TITLE ONLY. Toy Mandala cannot guarantee the compatibility of Japanese games and systems. Some of the Japanese game instructions are written in Japanese, some in English & Japanese. You buy at your own risk! No exchanges, No returns.

TOY MANDALA DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. All new video game systems and hardware (controllers, AC adapters, RF switches, etc.) sold by Toy Mandala are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty only, unless otherwise noted on the customer's receipt. This means that if there is any kind of problem with your hardware, be it a defect, missing item, etc., you will need to contact the manufacturer to receive a refund/repair/exchange. We are not an authorized Microsoft/Nintendo/Sega/Sony retailer, and as such, we cannot accept returns of their products. We deem an accessory or system defective if upon turning the system on, we cannot load up a game to the first game play screen, or if an accessory does not work with a store tested game or system.

WARRANTY FOR NEW OR USED SYSTEMS AND ACCESSORIES

All new video game systems and hardware (controllers, AC adapters, RF switches, etc.) sold by Toy Mandala are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty only, unless otherwise noted on the customer's receipt. There is no warranty from our store. These systems are tested before they are purchased by Toy Mandala. Toy Mandala does not guarantee compatibility between games and systems.

ALL IMPORT DVD SALES ARE FINAL. DEFECTIVE COPIES CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE ONLY! IMPORT DVD TITLES CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME TITLE ONLY.
